Complaints and returns
In the unlikely event that the received good will be subject to hidden flaws or is damaged during use not by mishandling, you can use the warranty as long as the producer, importer or seller provided it. The warranty terms usually are strated in the warranty document which you should have recieved with the ordered good. Remember that the warranty is available for only a period of time.
If the recived good is damaged, does not work properly or you have found a difference in the order and have bought the good as a consumer you have the right to make a formal complaint as stated in the 'special consumer terms and changes in the civil codex' act. As a general rule the faulty goods should be send back to the seller to allow to examine the cause of the complaint. If in any doubt call us to consult what to do next.
Product return - guaranteed 14 day return time.
In accordance with the 'Protection of specific consumer rights and accountability for damage done by dangerous goods' act, you have a right to return a product bought as a consumer in a 14 day period without giving any reason.
• If you want to return a purchased good, you should do so in a 14 day period since the date of purchase filing in a written note of decline along with the returned good.
• If it is possible the purchased product should be returned in the original packaging and should not be altered in any way, unless the alteration is a result of quality check, completion or functioning of the product.
In the event of declining from the purchase your return will be the price of the bought good and the shipping costs.
